Venkatraman Junnotula, PhD, Founder and CEO of QRD Pharma, has over 17 years of experience in method development and regulated bioanalysis of small molecules, biomarkers, and protein therapeutics.  He has deep expertise in analytical techniques used in bioanalysis and DMPK, with a background spanning the pharmaceutical industry and CROs.

Before founding QRD Pharma, he spent 11 years at GSK, supporting over 70 compounds across multiple therapeutic areas and serving as a bioanalysis expert for complex molecules.  He also worked at QPS LLC, where he developed and validated 30+ bioanalytical assays.

He earned his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Missouri, Columbia, under Professor Kent S. Gates, and has published widely cited research in medicinal chemistry and bioanalysis.
