Please read the entire Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (the “Terms”) before using or submitting information on the Site. This Site is intended for use by residents of the United States.
The Site is an interactive online service operated by QRD Pharma. By using the Site, you signify your agreement to the Terms.

The QRD Pharma name and logo are the property of QRD Pharma. All other trademarks used on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only. Such use should not be construed as an endorsement of QRD Pharma.
4. Submission of Information. The Site is not intended to and does not enable users to post to the website. However, you may contact us through our “Contact Us” page or by emailing us at one of the email addresses provided. Except as expressly agreed to in a writing signed by an authorized officer of QRD Pharma, or as may otherwise be required by law, any information that you submit or transmit to us, through the Site or through any other means, including but not limited to any data, information, comments, suggestions, ideas or improvements (collectively, “Feedback”), is submitted by you without restriction, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. You hereby grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, sublicensable and worldwide license to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Site, develop our product candidates and create other services.

We do not represent, warrant, or endorse such websites, and are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, currency, completeness, availability, legality or reliability of such websites or the content, products or services obtained from such websites.

If you are a California resident, you shall and hereby do waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

13. Governing Laws. The Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Philadelphia, PA and you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such state and federal courts. You will comply with any applicable export restrictions under any applicable export control laws and not to export or re-export any of the Information to countries or persons prohibited under such export control laws. If you are in a country where such export is prohibited or are a person or entity for which such export is prohibited, you may not download any Information. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction regarding the import, export, or re-export of the Information.
