QRD Pharma LLC is recruiting a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Bioanalysis department in Warrington, PA.
QRD Pharma LLC is a science-centric contract research organization (CRO) and currently provides services in bioanalysis and DMPK to support research activities from early discovery to product launch. Our mission at QRD Pharma is to accelerate the progression of drug discovery and developmental studies for our clients by providing solutions to complex analytical problems.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and robust analytical methodologies. You will also present your innovative research work to a diverse group of scientists and publish it in peer-reviewed journals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and validate innovative analytical methodologies
- Transfer these methodologies to the sample analysis teams
- Provide updates to clients
- Draft protocols and reports
- Troubleshoot analytical instruments
- Present research work internally and externally
- Train junior staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A PhD in analytical chemistry or related sciences
- 3-5 years of working experience in handling analytical instrumentation including mass spectrometers
- Experience in large-molecule mass spectrometry is preferable but not required
- Handling of biological samples is required
- Good interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Desire to work within a fast-paced environment
- This is an on-site position
